How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to Euphoria Pouches, your selected bundle is automatically fulfilled and shipped on a recurring basis every 4 weeks (28 days). Subscribers lock in their pricing, get priority processing, and never run out. Each renewal ships the same bundle you selected at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorize Euphoria Pouches to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the price and frequency selected at checkout. Key terms:

  • Billing frequency: Every 4 weeks (28 days)
  • Recurring charge amount: The same as your initial order — Buy 1 ($30), Buy 2 Get 2 Free ($60), or Buy 3 Get 3 Free ($87), as selected at checkout
  • Next charge date: Shown in your order confirmation and in your pre-charge reminder email
  • Cancel anytime: Cancel before your next billing date at no charge — see cancellation options below

Billing

Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on your subscription renewal date. You will receive an email notification before each upcoming charge. Recurring charges are billed by Euphoria Pouches and appear on your statement accordingly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees and no questions asked. To cancel:

  • Use the management link included in your subscription reminder emails

Cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. We cannot cancel or refund a subscription order that has already been processed and shipped.

Modifying Your Subscription

You can change your subscription frequency, skip an upcoming order, update your shipping address, or update your payment method by contacting our support team at info@euphoriapouches.com or +1-646-918-8949.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If the charge continues to fail, your subscription will be paused. You can reactivate it by updating your payment method — contact info@euphoriapouches.com for assistance.

Refunds on Subscription Orders
